Fandango 2025 is a three-day food and cultural festival organised by the Institute of Hotel Management & Catering Technology (IHMCT), Kovalam. The event, themed “Taht Al Qamar – Under the Moon,” features Middle Eastern cuisine, live cooking demonstrations, cultural performances, and entertainment programs.
