A major milestone has been achieved in Thiruvananthapuram’s growth story. Technopark has officially unveiled the master plan for its 389-acre Phase IV expansion, also known as Technocity.
The new plan introduces a fully integrated tech district featuring multiple IT hubs, SEZ zones, large corporate campuses, research centres, education hubs, residential spaces, and commercial facilities; all within a single, planned ecosystem.
Key allocations include IT clusters, a major TCS campus, Kerala Space Park, MSME Technology Centre, Emerging Technology Hub, and education institutions such as Digital University of Kerala. Residential and mixed-use projects like QUAD township and Unity Mall are also part of the layout.
With dedicated power infrastructure, wide road networks, and sustainable planning, Technocity is set to strengthen Thiruvananthapuram’s position as a leading IT and innovation hub in India.
This marks a significant step forward for the city’s technology and employment landscape.
