Thiruvananthapuram is set to reach a major milestone in its technology growth with the upcoming inauguration of the TCS Digital Hub at Technopark Phase IV (Technocity). The first phase is scheduled to be inaugurated in February 2026 by Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan, with the official date expected soon. Project Scale and Infrastructure
The TCS Digital Hub is being developed across nearly 94 acres within the 389-acre Technopark Phase IV campus. The first phase, built by Tata Projects Ltd, includes two blocks with a combined built-up area of over one million square feet. The facility features modern office spaces, research labs, and collaboration zones. TCS has invested an estimated ₹1,200-₹1,500 crore in the project, underlining its long-term commitment to Kerala’s tech ecosystem.
Technology Focus and Innovation
The Digital Hub is designed as a next-generation innovation centre rather than a conventional IT campus. Its key focus areas include:
