Located at the foothills of Agasthyakoodam, Kottur Elephant Rehabilitation Centre is one of India’s important elephant rescue and care facilities. Set within forest landscapes near Neyyar Wildlife Sanctuary, it provides shelter for rescued, aged, and orphaned elephants in a near-natural habitat. The centre is known for elephant bathing, feeding sessions, forest trails, and activities like bamboo rafting and trekking.
